Oswald's Store is run through Wix.com. Wix.com offers secure checkout, to ensure your private data is protected. Items can be purchased by using a credit or debit card, or any way that Wix.com accepts payment.

ETSY Purchasing

All items purchased through ETSY are final sale items. Items cannot be returned or exchange, unless there is a defect on our end. ETSY purchases also fall under ETSYs policies. Please view their site for more information.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to our items being custom made for the customer, orders cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us right away, so we can help correct the issue. 

​

Items purchased through ETSY cannot be returned or exchange, unless there was a defect on our end. 

​

If you purchased an item that is not customized, returns and exchanges can be made, by contacting us. You can choose the option of a return instead of a refund to your original payment. You may also exchange for a different size (same product and color) at no extra cost. However, if you want a different style or color, please choose store credit. 

​

Items that are returned/exchanged must be in unused condition, with tags still on the item, and in original packaging.

Shipping

Unless otherwise indicated, all items are shipped with USPS. Tracking information is available through USPS, unless otherwise indicated.

Please be aware that USPS is experiencing delays in their deliveries. We are seeing items arrive one (1) week late. However, please contact us if you have any shipping issues.

We off bulk discounts for all of our items. Each time is independent of each other, so please reach out to us to see what discount we have available for your order.

Authorization Form for Oswald & Company, LLC to Use Your Business Name/Logo/Etc.

For the privacy and security of your business name, logo, etc, and for the interest of our company, please complete the Authorization for Business Name/Logo form, which allows Oswald & Company, LLC access to use and print your business name/logo for items that you purchase.
